Flightpath Mindfulness Labs is a dynamic mindfulness program unlike any other. Each lab contains a variety of exercises like journaling, meditation, movement, and theater games, among many other things - with the intention of accessing wisdom deep inside to gain clarity , discover hidden truths, and gather information on your life path! We dive deep in tough shadow work, but Flightpath is also extremely fun and playful.
This program was developed about ten years ago in Venice beach by Adrienne Saraswati, a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, somatic dancer, and multi-media artist. Having worked in mindfulness with people of all ages for many years, Adrienne believes in a holistic approach to healing as well as creativity, adding of an eclectic range to the practices offered in FlightPath.
